I suppose this could be a random pick, but I think not. I suspect Holder is the one man in the cabinet that Barack would want running things if the worst happen. I can just hear the two of them joking "let's piss of the KKK! They take me out and they've still got you in the cue!"

And Bush's last pick is very telling. He picks the nation's chief solider ...... Obama picks the nation's chief attorney and law enforcement officer.
