CNN Financial TEAM is SHITE!!
They don't have a clue. Taxes increase for everyone is bullshit. Obama clearly said the rich and he's doing trimming down. All these buffoons are like he's being disingenuous because Obama said that taxes won't rise; but not one of them is saying that he's doing major major cut backs on freakin' spending and worthless programs.

Why can't they just say that?! No no not one of them.

1. I can't handle Ari Velshi
Maybe his style works out for radio, but on TV he's way too much. He just needs to calm down.

17. I like him. He explains everything quite well
and leave the hype to the politicians.

(Though I did not watch him today)

I also like Gerri Willis. If it were not for their iReport and twitings I would stay with CNN, but once they abandon their news gathering and delivery, I turn them off.

2. Todays money doublers cannot be trusted
One of the ladies explicitly said she doesn't care about politics (re: healthcare and its costs), but about capitalism. Basically "fuck the people and their needs, where are the corporate profits?". Have they not seen that we cannot continue to go the way we have gone the past 30 years? Where the rich get richer?

4. I saw that this morning ---
found the "team" to be nothing but hardcore, free market capitalists who care little about anything but their own wallets.

And that blonde chick from Canada who is anti-government intervention (for the people, mind you not the corporations) -- I would really love to send her a one-way ticket back north.

9. They are Friedmanites, proponents of an utterly failed ideological project
Edited on Thu Feb-26-09 01:22 PM by alcibiades_mystery
It would be no less comical if you had a bunch of 1950's era doctrinaire Leninists up there spouting the party line.

CNBC is the Pravda of the capitalist exploiter class, and looks just as ridiculous as the worst propaganda out of Soviet socialism ever did.

10. CNN has a very self-important streak
The best political team, the most trusted name, Campbell Brown's "no bias, no bull" bullshit.

They're pretty gagworthy in that respect.

8. The entire field of "financial commentary" is dominated by capitalist flacks
It is mere propaganda for the ruling class, and nothing more. They hate labor with a passion, and seek to extract as much profit from the society before people get fed up and turn off the spigot. They are fucking thieves and liars, the lot of them.

12. They're such assholes. It was fine when rich people got a tax cut
Edited on Thu Feb-26-09 02:05 PM by Phx_Dem
and the rest of us didn't get sh*t, but now that the tax cut for the rich is set to expire as er the bill WRITTEN BY REPUBLICANS, they're screaming like babies. They enjoyed a tax break for the past 5-7 years, now it our turn to have a tax cut. I guess only good things should go to the rich and the rest of us can just suck on it.
