48% of The 2 Percenters are going to Fight the Obama Agenda as if their way of Life Depended on it!

Unfortunately for us, that 48% of the 2 percenters own the Republican Party, the corporate Media and most Corporations, i.e., they have got quite a bit of power to marshall, and they will.

Part of their army is comprised of big mouths like Little Ricky the Ranter of CNBC Wall Street fame, Rush 400-Million-dollar-liar Limbaugh, Joe the Plumber and Gov. Booby imploding-like-a-Volcano Jindahl.

They have also marshalled the forces of Anderson I'm-worried-about-the-death-tax-cause-my-mom-is-a-Vanderbilt Cooper, Contessa I'm-a-real-princess-Goddammit Brewer, Andrea My-husband-was-the-biggest-one-to-blame-for-this-debacle-but-so-what Mitchell, Morning I'm-a-Republican-who-fucked-up-in-the-90s-and-then-retired Joe, Pat I'm-still-a-racist-and-get-paid-for-it Buchanan, and the little people who are too ignorant to do anything other than to vote against their best interest.

In otherwords......we must get ready to rumble with a bunch of unpatriotic buffoons in order to save our Nation! :patriot:

Why 48%? because

In the aftermath of the 2008 presidential election, exit polls showed that 52 percent of voters who make $250,000 a year or more voted for Barack Obama.

In a recent article for Slate and Newsweek, Daniel Gross pointed out that in doing so, those affluent voters went against their economic self-interest, since Mr. Obama is likely to raise their taxes.

This is unusual. As Paul Krugman argued in a blog post last year — contrary to popular belief — the wealthy do not always vote against their economic interests. In fact, far from it.

Yet there is a strange paradox. In response to Mr. Krugman’s post, a reader pointed out that when you look at the data on the state level, wealthy states do tend to vote for the Democratic Party, which has the reputation of raising taxes on the wealthy.

There are plenty of wealthy Democrats and Republicans who voted for Obama, my father being one. My dad told me that he expected his taxes to go up under Obama, but that he was going to vote for Obama because our country was in desperate need of hope. Don't underestimate the hearts and souls of many rich folk.

It gets a bit grating to have people assume somebody is republican because of the money they make. I hope to make as much money as possible in my life, but that will never change the strong liberal social policies I have. If I make a lot of money in the future, will I be excited about paying more in taxes? No, but I understand it is my responsibility to ensure that the least amongst us has a decent standard of living. If we don't have that, our country will never be the greatest country on earth.
