VIDEO: Who's cool in the GOP?

Since President Barack Obama seems to be the "cool" candidate of the moment, the GOP is still searching for someone to match him in mojo. The Conservative Political Action Conference — aka "CPAC" — is underway at D.C.'s Omni Shoreham hotel and, as in years past, it's a Republican love-in, with thousands of conservatives nodding in agreement as a Who's Who of the right-wing deliver rabble-rousing speech after base-energizing speech.

POLITICO caught up with some of the younger Republicans, to find out who is the coolest Republican around, how the GOP can become a hipper party and whether Barack Obama's smoking is reason enough for Republicans to quit.
