PBS - Newshour Interview with our President on this hour, and BTW,
Edited on Fri Feb-27-09 06:19 PM by FrenchieCat
I love the way the Cable Chatter Channels are reporting how the Democrats are "fighting" and are "upset" over 16 vs. 18 Months in withdrawing our troops our of Iraq, meanwhile The Republicans are imploding at their CPAC circus!

So get with the program, Democrats....the media say we are supposed to be infighting and being totally disappointed with our President because he ain't 100% perfect! This is supposed to cost him at least 4% points in the polls, they hope and wish.

Problem is that I saw and heard Russ Feingold, Barbara Boxer and Dennis Kucinich interviewed, and although they felt that the transitional troops of 35,000-50,000 was more than they'd want, they were ok with it.

Who does the media think they are fooling?

8. I also desire the residual force be a little smaller, however, I also realize that President
Obama has access to much more information than I do, and is in a better position to make the judgment call in this regard.

Especially with some of the reports of pockets of corruption in the Iraqi army. That needs to be found and removed.

9. Having military and hawkish advisers all over the place
I mean most of Washington is hawkish, I am simply amazed that he is withdrawing anybody. I would be willing to bet 90% of the advice he got said if you withdraw the world falls apart.

16. They like the repukes think they are fooling everyone
the whole weapons ban stuff is a perfect example at no time did the obama administration make any indication they were interested in an automatic weapons ban in fact they denied it. Yet because one of his appointees made an offhand remark about it somehow its the obama administration pushing for a weapons ban.

Total fabrication yet because it is an issue the pukes think they can cling to we hear it non stop as if it were true with never a second thought to putting it into the true perspective. They still think they can lie over and over and get away with it.Like the pukes in general they still haven't realized their power is gone.
