Can we admit that we don't know what's going to happen?
Edited on Fri Apr-17-09 02:27 AM by SpartanDem
The story on MSM and the liberal blogosphere was that these memos weren't going to be released and if they were, they going to heavily redacted. Everyone got it wrong, maybe just maybe, we should keep this mind before jump off cliff about what president will or won't do.

1. My bet at 2:50AM, 4/16/08 was that no memos were ever going to see the light of day
redacted or not.

I was pleasantly surprised.

But it is still just a distraction. What is objective #1? Take your pick, the economy, national security, the pirates, who cares. Friday news dump.

2. Around here? Are you crazy??
Folks routinely draw conclusions about events without having enough info. Shoot, sometimes they draw conclusions before something even happens!

Until of course they are proven wrong each time, as in this example you point out.

6. I for one, am clueless ....
.... and you'll NEVER hear me say that again. lol

I've told the President he's more than welcome to use me as a sounding board for all his decision involving state secrets and confidentiality but, darn him, he just wont do it! :)

7. There are some consistent patterns, in particular, that indicate
nothing legal will be done to people involved in the bush administration crimes. While disclosure is great, its being used as a substitute in order to "move on".
