Holder's decision?
Anyone want to explain that to me? I figure either the AG is independent or not.
(I still can't believe that we're discussing whether confessed war criminals should be charged... I guess I'm an old-fashioned kind of guy.)

and international law applies...My belief is that President Obama knows that damn few people both tortured and were CIA people (as opposed to contractors) who stayed completely within the guidelines and timeframe restrictions that most people ignore in his "amnesty". I doubt in the end that many escape.
