I have seen on several sites today that they are claiming that President Obama is using CODE. Over at Twitter Stepounolous said he was using code for the Justice seat. He said that President Obama wants to seat and activist in the Justice seat.

We listened to this bullshit during the election and now they are staring this again. Have they run out of talking point?

23. I think you are right. They are sending a message to the Obama admin that

if they pick someone who could potentially look unfavorably of their power grab of all media that they will join forces to rally support against them.
