Next time you have the opportunity to swat down a hating, winger, Limpballs lover - put that question to them. This faux outrage should be a non-starter.

Wanda Sykes is a professional comedian. Rush Limpballs is a professional hate-monger.

I don't want his kidney's to fail because that would garner him pity. He doesn't deserve even that much.

I wouldn't want him to suffer physical pain or death, but I do want him to be held accountable for his comments. I would think during World War I or II, if a radio personality commented that they wished the President would fail, I would think that would be their last moment on the radio.

How is it Rush continues to get away with saying such things? We are at war, after all, and even though we know it is based on lies and is unnecessary, we are still at war. How is this not treason?

That is the question Wanda Sykes asked Saturday night. And it's a good one.

That's a pretty bad justification for her joke. I think you have two options:

1. "It was a joke. Get over it."

2. "It was a nasty jab, yes. However, it was certainly in keeping with the type of humor Rush Limbaugh employs. Perhaps it doesn't seem funny to you, because unlike Rush's attacks, the target in Wanda's joke was someone you like. While I'm sorry you were offended by the joke, I would hope that now you can see what Rush Limbaugh looks like to the rest of America."
