...... I am first and foremost fascinated with the President's ties .... after that, I'm fascinated with his office chairs.

I always hated *'s chair behind the Resolute desk, it was too modern looking.....


Because he is superawesome, the President made it his first priority in office to select a more aesthetically pleasing chair so he would continue to have my support :) .....


He selected this one....

.... just like him, sturdy but not too big, with traditional styling and an appreciation for the environment around it...

And apparently moved *'s ugly old black modern chair to his private Oval Office study....


I love that man.

He STILL needs to lose that rug though!

The one he picked is the right size and style for that desk. That old Bushie chair was just wrong (of course), and the sample he's sitting in and the brown leather are too short for that desk. The red leather one is the right height for that size desk (altho I liked the brown leather color better.)

I don't mind the rug so much, but I wish he'd lose that cowboy-on-the-bucking-bronco statue Bush left behind. Very gaggy.
