Do these people not remember the the presidential campaign? "Palling around with Terrorists" People screaming "Kill Him" at McCain rallies, McCain supporters hanging Obama effigies on their front lawns? Oh but you say that was all BEFORE he became president? Well overlooking that they also said it should never be said about anyone in political life (and he was a senator at the time), how about all the times Rush has compared him to a terrorist or implied harm be done to him. How about this:
Just today:
"Liz Cheney suggests Obama 'siding with terrorists'"
http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2009/05/12/liz-cheney-suggesting-obama-administration-siding-with-terrorists/Or Sessions claiming that Obama wants the unemployment to rise so he can tighten his government grip on america, an opinion Rush came out to support. Or the CBS Announcer who implied a solider would kill Reid and Pelosi. To this day conservative and radio talk show hosts throw around Obama's connection to Bill Ayers and they rile people up to thoughts of harming the President.
But somehow that's all OK?
Some people may have been offended by Wanda's jokes, I wasn't, but i know it was a bit much for people on BOTH sides, but for Faux News and other conservatives to all of a sudden grow a conscience and act all self righteous about hate speech, is hypocrisy at it's best.
