It will be the pre-planned smear campaign against the SCOTUS nominee.

The NYT obtained a memo from the GOP already outlining negative talking points for every nominee whose name has come up as a possibility.

I'm not registered there, so can't give a link. Maybe someone else can help out.

But this will be the next faux smear fest. According to the article, most of the smears rely on painting the nominee as an abortion or gay marriage activist judge.
