Newt Gingrich looked like a FOOL on GMA this morning...
Edited on Wed May-20-09 08:53 AM by Blue_Roses
Diane Sawyer called him on several things. Anybody catch it? About half way through the interview (2:33) Diane OWNS him! He starts stuttering and basically bullshitting. I can't stand Newt. He is such a hypocrite! I still have bad memories of him during Clinton's term.

Scroll down the right side for him. He's there under the DTWTS videos:eyes:
Here's the video:

9. He wrote several spy/adventure novels - I actually read a few
pages of one of them. Terrible. Juvenile, and a stupid juvenile at that.

He stated once that anyone can write a book - simply write a good page every day for a year, and you have 365 good pages, which is a book.

Newt, you are the most shallow, self centered pig I have seen in many years next to Sarah Palin- and you are so vapid, you have no idea how much of an ass you really are.

I am very glad to see someone finally push him around, especially a WOMAN!!!

My 'Publickin sister in law thought Newt was just so smart!!! I suppose compared to most of them, he is.

2. I love Diane and Robin ~ class act!
They are sincere in their interviews and are not trying to score ratings points.

Can't wait to see how she handles Newt

3. I don't regularly watch that program but Gingrich's man behind the
curtain is not likely to fool Sawyer.

7. Yep. Sawyer is far more capable than what she's generally asked to do on
television and of course ol' Newt is far less substantive than he behaves on television.

4. And this is different for Newt, how, exactly?
He looks like a fool every day, not just this morning.

I fail to understand just how this guy got anywhere in life. His intellectual dishonesty is almost visible to the naked eye.

6. well, you have a very good point there...
yes, he does look like an idiot everyday and it's laughable how he says Pelosi is a liar when everything he says is blatant lies.

14. Newt is the dim-witted attack dog for the Repugnants
Newt is the dim-witted attack dog for the Repugnants.

Quite a smoke screen he's helped conjure up over Nancy Pelosi, isn't it?

This "non-scandal" is almost enough to make one forget the major missteps and lies and deceptions of the George W. Bush Administration--pride of the Repugnants, and the ensuing torture investigations which have revealed Dick Cheney-directed horrors that America never suspected during those nightmare years. Then there's the "economy" that Bush produced, too--whew!

Newt should just go back to slapping the backs of the scandal-ridden buddies in his party (prostitute's john David Vitter anybody?), and leave the leading of the country to the honorable.

15. Where was Gingrich's outrage when Valerie Plame's cover was blown as a covert CIA agent?
Was he angry that her life and work for the CIA and the lives and work of her CIA associates were put in jeopardy because the Bush Admin blew her cover for POLITICAL purposes?? Was he pissed off when Scooter Libby lied about it all and obstructed justice?? How come he wasn't all over TV spewing his outrage then?

All these blowhard republicans parading around on TV in a tizzy over what Pelosi said - where the hell were they during the Plame case?? Oh, that's right - they were busy lying saying she was just a secretary, a desk jockey.

Diane Sawyer did good by bringing up the republican who said the CIA lied to Congress, that's how all interviewers should respond to hypocrites.

20. Looks like a fool.... sounds like a Muppet
...and has all the credibility of a used car salesman.

Actually that's an insult to used car salesmen. Most of them probably wouldn't divorce their wives if they were in the hospital being treated for cancer.

22. Somehow Newt calls attention to Valerie Plame and how them Libby guys got caught
hurting the CIA so bad she had to resign. That compromised America worse than what Nancy said big time...

Where was Newt? He was up his ass...thats where

The blow hard is an attention Whore and thinks he can slide back into politics because most of them head Pubs are pantyless

He is Disgusting, and should be deported to Antartica to study penguins
