Limbaugh Resigns As "The Titular Head Of The Republican Party"

On his Wednesday radio show, Rush Limbaugh denied that he is the "titular head" of the Republican Party, yet at the same time he argued that the position was forced on him. He then resigned from this position, which he later concluded that he had at one time held. In his place, Limbaugh appointed Colin Powell.

17. I actually heard this on the radio on the way back from getting lunch

as Bill Maher points out the average listen to Rush is 12 minutes which means that people listen to him going TO or coming FROM lunch-but not both
