Do Republicans still think David Petraeus can be POTUS????

I was watching CSPAN and Bob Dole brought him up for the next election. He may be a great leader of soldiers, but the man has the personality of a corpse. Do u think he could challenge Obama in 2012?

1. They envision Petraeus as the next Eisenhower.

Which he is not.

if you help/support the "usurper/imposter" you're no longer a Repub.

3. Republicans don't actually "think"

They react like reptiles... sure they'll try Petraeus. They don't "get" personality. The main qualification is to have no evil in your background. You must be protestant, pro-life, pro-business, pro-empire, pro-propaganda, pro-indoctrination ... I think Petraeus would probably fit.

He'd be lost completely. No one to ingratiate to.
