1. Turley thinks a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Princeton is |
|
not intellectual enough!
Yeah, right!

2. I think he wanted the job. |
|
To hear him tell it he's the only constitutional man in the country.

3. Used to really enjoy him, but lately, his mid-life crisis is dimming my affection |
|
Yeah, he is a bit full of himself.

7. Thanks Kuhuna. I hate to use a trite stereotype, but sometimes it is true |
|
And I am old enough to have lost patience with the boys who don't really feel comfortable with equality put into practice as opposed to just an abstract concept. ;)

5. Usually I don't play "games with names", but Turdley makes me sick... |
|
I'm making an exception in his case.

6. She's not a white man, which must mean |
|
She's unqualified.
If anyone had any doubt as to whether he is a principled dissident or just a self-promoting media whore who hates Obama and Democrats in general, there you have it.
I bet Rachel Maddow whines about the pick too.

8. Must we discount what he says simply because we don't like it? He says her written opinions have not |
|
been intellectually rigorous or of note. He's pointing out that she'll be going up against Scalia and Roberts, and some liberal judicial watchers are a little disappointed that she has not displayed that level of rigor so far.
He's not saying it's the end of the world. I appreciated his take, but it doesn't make me rue the nomination.
