Your point about the baseball decision was great, but you needed to return more to your thesis and explicitly state (and contradict the main bloviator), that this illustrates she is a fair judge who makes her decisions based on the law. And that this decision is representative of her other decisions. Having empathy does not preclude interpreting law in a rigorous way, it really implies having a better sense of the consequences of decisions (in understanding how decisions affect all of the people involved). And understanding the consequences is critical in deciding whether a law is consistent with constitutional and legal principles.

I wouldn't do it for less than $5,000 i don't think. Too close to too much slime. And an awful lot of pressure. Those people you have to deal with at FOx are the worst of the worst!

Like everyone else i applaud you. I hope it's worth it for you. I am too easily agitated to cope with that type of engagement.... i'm a pacifist, but i'd have trouble keeping my cool.
