In case it was not posted: EDWARDS ROCKED BOND HILL!
I had not planned to go, as it started at 4:00, and I leave work at 5:30, so I assumed it would be over. As luck would have it, Edwards was late. But it did not matter, there were plenty of local Dems and they were quite unified in the goal of booting rethugs out of office at all levels, and the fantastic Freedom choir sang like angels. There was a large crowd, considering the venue (parking space for a max of 15 cars was the entire real estate available). Cars lined all of the nearby streets, a few enterprising residents charged for parking on their front lawns, with the bush economy and all. I had to park a 10 min. walk away with a torn pcl, and arthritis making an appearance but it was so worth it. This was my middle childhood turf, and it is an all but forgotten, African-American community, avoided even by most local politicians. So believe me, it really means something that Edwards was here. It was a very beautiful, diverse crowd committed to sending the missing village idiot back to the village.

.
He's my Senator and he's going to make a GREAT Vice-President.

Sounds like it was an overflow crowd, to say the least.

Gosh, I hope all these energized folk get out and vote on November 2nd because if so, it will be a landslide!

And to you
