BREAKING NEWS: After we taped this week, Equality California announced that they will not pursue a ballot initiative to restore the right of same-sex couples to marry, but will do so in 2012. The Courage Campaign is set to announce tomorrow whether it will mount a campaign in 2010--one that Equality California says it will support if they can get it on the ballot.
