Paperwork tangles O.C. suit against Obama
Judge says Mission Viejo lawyer failed to file complaint properly; sets Sept. 8 hearing.

SANTA ANA – Mission Viejo attorney Orly Taitz improperly tried to kick two clients off her suit to have Barack Obama removed from office, and she still hasn’t filed proper paperwork in the case, federal Judge David O. Carter said in a Friday filing.

Taitz is representing 42 clients in a lawsuit alleging that the president was not born in Honolulu as documents say, and so is not a legitimate president. But it’s been a long and bumpy road for Taitz since she filed the suit on Inauguration Day in January, including having her court filings being repeatedly rejected for being incomplete.

Last week, she asked for Magistrate Judge Arthur Nakazato to be thrown off the case, complaining he’d rejected a previous Taitz document because of “trivial technicalities.” Click here to read about that request.

2. I really feel for Judge David Carter
you know he's got to be wondering who he pissed off in order to land this wonderful case.

6. When is California going to disbar this insane quack. AIPAC must be really desperate

to be supporting this nutcase. At least Perle
and Novak had some semblance of sanity.

8. They way things move around here
it will take a while. We can hope that judges start sanctioning her for wasting their time.
