FREEPERS demand TOTAL WAR (really)
Edited on Mon Nov-02-09 01:50 PM by denem
(also in GD. Too good to miss)

You'd think they'd had a disaster like Stalingrad. Oh wait, they have.

We need TOTAL WAR against the RINO'S: Graham, Snowe, Collins, Hatch, Bennett, McMahon, MCCAIN!
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2376119/posts

THE FREEPER TOTAL WAR MANIFESTO

This is the last straw-- this ACORN-loving, radical Socialist-leaning RINO WITCH Dede Scozzafava has demonstrated how dangerous the RINO's are to the survival of the Republican Party and what's left of our conservative ideals. The RINO's are far more damaging than even Hussein Obama and his merry band of fellow would-be Communists, since the RINO's eat us away from the inside, like parasites. Then, when the chips are down and they don't get their way, they show their true colors and STAB THE REST OF US IN THE BACK!!! Just as that jerk Arlen Specter did, just as Linda McMahon did in Connecticut, licking the boots of Mark Warner and the repulsive Rahm Emanuel, just as Scozzafava is now doing.

We all know the chief culprits: Lindsey Graham, Olympia Snowe, Susan Collins, Orrin Hatch, Newt Gingrich, Bob Bennett, Lamar Alexander, Linda McMahon, Bob Corker, Lisa Murkowski, Chuck Grassley, Kay Bailey Hutchison, Thad Cochran and the uber-RINO of all RINO's, amnesty-loving Juan McCain. Not to mention RINO's-in-the-making like Romney, Giuliani, and Ridge, who at the very least are currently sitting on their a**es rather than doing damage in elective office, and other RINO's like Kit Bond, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Judd Gregg, who will soon be doing the same. (I have lawn-mowing-with-the-kids duties soon beckoning so if I've left any names off this list, please add to it!)

It's time to finally remove the kid gloves, to stop cajoling and wheedling and tolerating these traitors in our own camp. If you let a parasite cling on to you for too long, it eventually bleeds you to death, as the examples of Specter, Scozzafava and McMahon actively prove-- to the point of taking RNC money and damaging real conservative candidates! (Almost $1 million for Scozzafava-- hard-earned Republican, American money drained away for a RINO and her treachery.)

We need to hit the RINO's now, to hit them hard, to hit them relentlessly and push them to retire, just as we did with former Florida RINO Mel Martinez, so as to open up room for candidates to stand up for our base and the true American mainstream. We need all-out, unrelenting attacks and psychological and financial warfare to break them down. Some ideas for strategies (for which I must give some credit to my lovely wife and RINO-hunter Lily):

1. Disrupt and heckle Congressional speeches by the RINO's, point them out for the traitors, cowards and Socialists they truly are.

2. Hold protests against them both in Washington and in their home states, jeering them, humiliating them, hanging them in effigy-- all's fair when it comes to public embarrassment.

3. At your next Town Hall or Tea Party, offer a motion or other form of public focus, inducting these RINO's into the Hall of Shame and, if you're in D.C. or their home states, focus on the relevant RINO's to push them out.

4. Support conservative candidates even if they don't have the R label (which is meaningless for people like Scozzafava anyway), such as Hoffman.

5. Even better-- organize and launch massive fundraising drives for true conservatives to unseat these RINO's ub the primaries and keep the seats in non-RINO Republican (aka conservative and American) hands.

6. Launch 501c campaign ads in their home states, slamming the RINO's and humiliating them before their constituents.

7. Use clever campaigns like Erick Erickson and the Red-Staters to "melt Snowe," mailing the RINO's tokens of our dissatisfaction, while exhausting their traitorous staffers to boot.

This is not an exhaustive list, so add your own ideas here. Again-- no mercy, no let-up for the RINO's. We need to get rid of them, not tomorrow, not next year but right now, today. Once Graham, Snowe, Hatch and their fellow RINO's pull their customary crybaby act and quit, we'll be able to replace them with true representatives of the people. Remember that the Republican Party's greatest stretch of power and impact during the 20th century came when we finally got tough against the RINO's of the 1960's and, with Goldwater, ousted them from our camp. It was initially painful but, like rubbing alcohol on an open, festering wound, it was also cleansing and ushered in the great era of American conservatism, with conservative dominance of the nation for nearly three decades. We'll never reach that point again, unless we oust the new traitors from our ranks just as Goldwater's revolution did in 1964. Sound the battle cry, the moment has come to kick out the RINO's and their fellow sycophants, and reclaim our party and its principles!

And the Crowd Love It. Hail VICTORY!

"Total war on RINOs is the only acceptable thing to do. They have betrayed their country and must be dealt with."

"If conservatives want to take back the GOP, we need a RINO purge."

"No RINOS. Not now, Not Ever."

"Thank God it’s finally coming to the surface. Do a HOUSE CLEANING in the Republican Party"

"SADDLE-UP!! I've been ready...let's ride."

"RINO Party Alert. Just say no to liberals, turncoats, and traitors!"

"What do we call that list? A great start!" RINO SAFARI.

"The RINO’s have to go, ASAP, and preferably be forced out and pushed to resign as Martinez was. We don’t have the luxury of waiting— we need action."

"IF YOU ARE NOT WITH US - YOU ARE AGAINST US - AND WE MEAN TO DESTROY YOU!!!"

"A.....FRIKKIN’......MEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

End. My brain hurts. Stab in the Back? Why didn't he just call them November Criminals and be done with it.

Edited Title. Freepers are a joke.

.... unless it's the GOP doing it. Let's all LEARN from this foolishness and keep in mind that while we may become EXTREMLY frustrated with those in our party with whom we disagree, the simple fact of the matter is that a house divided against itself cannot stand.

11. I often wonder if those who want to primary the Blue Dogs realize....
.... just how much damage Club For Growth did to the GOP in the last election?

"If their goal is to increase the Democrats' numbers in Congress, they're doing a very good job,"
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124260719695528797.html

I also wonder if those who shout "PRIMARY! PRIMARY!" dont realize that the very reason a Blue Dog was elected is that they're not representing a very liberal constituency to begin with one that a more liberal candidate might loose to the GOP. It's just foolishness.

They are attacking "liberals" like Lindsay Graham, Newt Gingrich and John McCain? I'm afraid to see who they actually support!

I certainly wish them well in their efforts to drive out all who are not Right enough - they will be down to single digit percentage of the country by January.

GO, GO, GOP!!!!!!!

You watch Fox and the Teabaggers and you begin to think they view the use of language and propaganda from Nazi Germany as a 'how to' manual, not as something to be studied and avoided. They demonize and dehumanize their opposition. It's amazing to me that even though the language is different, the words seem like they could have been spoken by Hitler or Goebbels about the 'November criminals' in the pre-war period or about his 'traitorous' army staff during the war. And it's funny because it doesn't matter whether it's Obama they are talking about or liberals generally or even RINO's, the visceral hatred just shines through.

The GOP leadership created this monster--they fed it, they nurtured it, and cared for it under the assumption that it was a massive voting bloc that would vote however it was told.

Now the monster has its hands around the creator's neck and is slowly squeezing the breath out of its helpless victim.

Destroy your party from within. Drag them into that quagmire that is the fringe right-wing. Of course your candidates lost because they weren't conservative enough.

Then, when you are nothing more than a regional curiosity (located mostly in the South), you will destroy yourselves through a haze of pain and rage at the fact that your tactics aren't working and will NEVER work.

50. Sounds like the DU purists. Or the Trotskyites.

62. Actually- those who are derided here as purists often have a better grasp of public policy

54. reading that thread is like watching the movie "Mimic"...

Seriously, that's all that freeper article made me ponder, that and the total collapse of the republican party. Thank you purple haze.

64. I see no difference between House Republicans and freepers
I think your middle step is more Senate Republicans who being constrained by statewide races have to present some veneer of rationality in some cases. The House Confederates are as far gone as the base.

All I ever hear are vacuous diatribes- totally devoid of substance- much less principles.
