I think the Dem is going to win NY23. Faux News has nothing on their homepage about the race at all
and they've been hyping this race, but now it is as if the race never happened.

city reigional section:

Closely Watched Congressional Race Upstate Is Said to Be Too Close to

November 3, 2009
SARANAC LAKE, N.Y. — Votes were being counted late into the night in a hard-fought contest between a staunch conservative and a moderate Democrat for New York State’s northernmost Congressional seat, leaving one of the biggest questions in politics unanswered.

2. They likely have a few folks at Hoffman HQ who've phoned in that
the race is (maybe) or (likely) lost and that Owens will be the winner.

That's my hope, anyway.

3. That is to be expected in the universe of Fair and Balanced Fox.

Just as as soon as the Dem won Gilly's seat in NY over the Republican it was no longer a referendum on Obama. The story quickly disappeared. Fox is pathetic and transparent.

7. That's because the Dem won due to Obama's secret indivisible hypnotistic glasses
that he wore

6. The downside of this win....
.... IF we win ..... is that it's not an easy story to report. "Dems lose 2 Governors races and the mayoral race of NYC" just simply makes a better headline than "a Dem won some random House district." WE have been following it and understand the importance of it all but it's too difficult of a story to explain in sound byte form.
