11. Yeah. Consider the pattern. NJ and VA Repukes rejected Palin to campaign for them.
They both won! They apparently didn't need her outsider status or wingnuttery to help them. Plus, they really had no strong contenders. They should have won those races. Still doesn't bode well for Repukes in the long run.

10. That isn't the point tho.
NY'rs know that-- thus it makes this election more about where people want to be/ they rejected teabaggers, palin and carpetbaggers.

This is a good win for dems.

14. Dems across the land can now send thank you notes to Our Lady of Perpetual Meddling

Owens Takes New York’s 23rd District (Recipe Included)

Thought I’d share a newly developed recipe for Elephant Upside-Down Surprise Cake.

First you take a congressional district that has had Republican representation in the U.S. House of Representatives since two decades before the Civil War, then add a teabag, pour on some hot steamin’ Sarah Palin, add a squeeze of Rush Limbaugh, then carefully strain the mixture until there is no trace of the moderate Republican. Then just wait and watch. Pretty soon you’ll have….Surprise! A Democrat!

There you go folks. Dems across the land can now send thank you notes to Our Lady of Perpetual Meddling. Can’t wait to find out whose fault THIS one is going to be.
