That's probably 100% accurate. In fact, I'd bet money on it.

6. The party in charge of the Presidency loses some seats in the mid terms.
Except when Bush the scummy idiot scared us all in 2002 after 9/11. I fail to get why some here don't get that and are hyperventilating over losses even in local elections in their towns. I think we lose around 20 in the House at the most, not enough to flip Congress. The Senate will be close too but I think it stays Dem.
