Rangel vs. Boehner----Rangel WON!!! Hahahaha.

This is the Second Time Boehner is on the floor for 3 minutes---asking or guarantees.


Rangel said..."Boehner you've been here long enough to know the process....asking for gurantees in front of my friends and colleagues."

Oh shit....Boener and RAngel got into a fight. Rangel is like..."why you bein' so rude?" Oh shit...it was crazy. Rangel won't let this go....RAngel is getting pissed. I love it.

Proper explaination.

Early in the debate which started roughly 3 hours ago, Boehner went on the floor for about 2 minutes to demand a gurantee from the Waxman that the Stupak Amendment would be in the Bill. That did not go over well. Waxman laid him out and told him that there was no way he could make that guarantee and that Boehner knew very well the process. ie This bill goes through vote, when passed the Senate bill goes through vote, when htat's passed both are in conference to see what stays and goes in the final bill. There was no way he could guarantee what he wanted.

Boehner goes off in a sort of "I knew it" huff. I thought it was over and I wuldn't have to deal with him again. He comes on again when there's a second round of questions on the Dem side it's now Rangel.

Boehner gets three damn minutes to ask questions and again it's to guarantee that the Stupak Amendment is in the bill. Rangel was like hell no. There is no way that I can guarantee that and says, "Boehner you've been here long enough to know the process...and he can't guarantee something like that." Of course detailing the process Waxman originally detailed again.

Boehner starts running off his mouth and talking over Rangel...Rangel gets pissed off and say, "Why are you being so rude? I can't believe this." Boehner yeilds his timeand Rangel continues after him about asking for guarantees when he knows that it's completely unacceptable.

the final bill not one single Republican will vote
yes on Health Care Reform. They use amendments to
run down the clock and waste time but when the bell
rings you don't get a single Republican vote for
your trouble. Their only interest is stopping the
Democrats from legislating for the next three years
so they can use the lack of progress as an issue in
2012. Hell they want HCR to be still on the table
in 2010 so they can use it as an issue in the midterms.
