It seems to be getting lost in all the hysteria over the mediawhore reportage.

10. This administration seems to have mastered the "indeterminate policy"
There always seems to be a few days of confusion before the ultimate tepid decision.

"Fired Up! Ready to..... oh, we aren't going yet?"

11. Gibbs elaborates .....
At tomorrow’s Afghanistan meeting, POTUS will look at FOUR options for a strategy, Gibbs says.

"The president will have the opportunity to discuss four options with his national security team tomorrow," Gibbs says. He knocks down any reports that Obama has already made a decision, saying anybody reporting that "doesn't have, in all honesty, the slightest idea what they're talking about."

"The president's yet to make a decision," Gibbs says. (11:21 a.m.)

When Obama makes his decision on the war, GIbbs says, he "will take time to explain that decision" to the American people.

13. The military is pushing for the increase and will be leaking more stuff as the
date gets closer to an official announcement by Obama. Just a warning.

14. I think the decision has already been made but hasn't been announced, only leaked.
And when it's disclosed that President Obama will send 34,000 more combat troops to Afghanistan, someone in the administration will say it's merely coincidence that the number matches exactly what the speculation was...
