Can you help me debunk this? Snippet about Health Care Reform in the company newsletter

The article referred to a little known section of the Senate Health Care bill.

Apparently Joe Lieberman inserted the "Little Helpers" rider at the last minute. It basically says that in order to make up for the 8% employer surtax, your children MUST come to your place of business and work after school and on Saturdays. Common acceptable tasks will be mail sorting, shredding, taking out the trash, etc. If you happen to work in the industrial/manufacturing sector, children will be required to complete all OSHA training annually in early January before school starts again after the winter break. Safety equipment such as gloves or helmets will be provided upon receipt of a security deposit. In keeping with the spirit of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), homework time of 30 minutes will be granted for every 4 hours of work. Daily compensation will be a 6oz pack of Twizzlers and a pint of Sunny Delight.

Can this be real?

...if Lieberman really DID write an amendment like this, would it shock anybody?

(and after mandatory corporatism, and the Stupid Amendment, could it really get worse?)
