Just now on CNN, she introduced the "no body piercing" anti-Dean TV ad with these words:

"This ad is so catchy, we like to run it over and over again."

I don't give a darn which candidate you support or oppose -- this behavior from Woodruff is over the line and completely reprehensible.

Ms. Woodruff's comments about the anti-Dean ad on Inside Politics today was outrageous. She said "we like to run it again and again". Does she speak for CNN? I have to assume she does.

I'm not surprised at CNN's oft-demonstrated pro-Bush bias. Any "news" organization that would put a staunch, admitted Republican like Candy Crowley on the Democratic campaign beat is surely showing its colors. However, this statement by Ms. Woodruff surely puts the nail in the coffin of CNN's oft-repeated lie of "the most trusted name in news".
