The ARG polls (I've heard repeatedly) presume a much lower turnout of black voters than the other polls (39% vs high 40s).

It wouldn't matter if all candidates drew similar proportions of black voters. However, Dean pulls a low proportion, and Edwards, Sharpton and Clark (I presume, based on anecdote) pull higher numbers. So, those three will do better in non-ARG polls, which has been the case since late Nov, I believe.

with victories in DC/IA/NH coming-up, pretty soon the media will begin to drum-up the "Can anyone stop Dean now?" line. With a winner's aura on display for the entire week before SC, Dean will see a nice poll bounce there.
