Kerry should give Bush another chance; propose a fourth debate! |
|
Bush feels he failed to defend his foreign policy and war on terror in Debate 1, so I think Kerry should offer him an additional debate.
It would give Bush the chance to prove once and for all that his policies are as smart and logical as Kerry's.
Also, another debate on foreign policy would give Bush a chance to prove that he's capable of defending American policies against bright politicians. The first debate showed one reason why we don't have a real coalition in Iraq: Bush is unable to articulate his arguments in a persuasive way. It seems to me that's a basic qualification of the job of President.

1. How about another debate |
|
that's a REAL debate. Moderator tosses out a random topic and Bush and Kerry go at it. Maybe a timing buzzer so Bush has a chance to get in a few stammers or "hard works" within Kerry's lengthy, erudite statements.

2. Good idea! That should be his response today to tomorrow's |
|
"significant speech! And you said it so well! Bush didn't get a real chance to defend his policies. He should grab a podium and start taking questions so we can all find out what his ideas are. Open ended. Give him as much time as he wants.
As long as Kerry is there to respond too.

3. And let Bush use his notes, and have Kerry tie one hand behind his back |
|
Give Bush a cheat sheet, but DO check him for earpieces. Kerry will whup him regardless.
