Wow - Kerry signs EVERYWHERE
Went to Sams Club (about 30 miles from my home in Clay County, Missouri)..and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by all the Kerry signs EVERYWHERE....On large homes in the country -- on homes in the small town and suburbs....Wow... Yes there are Bush signs, but I DO believe Kerry is ahead in the sign department....

Oh happy day

4. In Kentucky as well
I'm seeing way more K/E signs than Bush. And central Kentucky is an area that's supposedly conservative. Funny thing is that the local Democratic HQ can't keep in signs cause they're in such high demand.

8. Most Popular Sign In My Hood..."For Sale"...Thanks Manchild
Lots of jobs have been outsourced in my area and that's the most common sign around here...and I think just as important as Kerry signs. These are people who were doing a lot better off 4 years ago than they are today and they can't wait to let this regime know what they think of their economic policies.

10. Yeah, unfortunately in mine too - 3 houses on my street repo'd since July
One next door, across the street, and three houses down. Not a single election sign (probably because it is a dead end street in the boonies). This area has been hit hard.

11. Sedona, Arizona -- more Kerry stuff
Never seen anything like it. KE outnumbers BC by at least 2-to-1. Popular surge or just more angry Democrats? Both, I think.

My wife went canvassing to a house where there is a "John Doe" Sr. and a "John Doe" Jr. The Jr. is a Dem, the Sr. is a Repug. Sr. answers the door and my wife says "I'm looking for the John Doe who's a Democrat." Sr. says: "We're all Democrats this year!"

23. Oh my that is amazing!
I met a political lobbyist not too long ago and we had a debate about whether Mo would go Dem or Repub in the GE. He argued that Springfield, Branson etc was a huge voting block and would no doubt swing the GE to the Repubs in Mo. I totally disagreed with him b/c I have relatives in those areas and they can't stand bush*. Looks like the lobbyist is going to be buying me a drink on our bet about whether MO will swing Dem or Repub, I said MO is going to Kerry.

22. Texas Hill Country, too
There are some B/C signs, but not nearly as many as there were in 2000. In fact, I don't see any B/C signs on the lawns of people I know had them four years ago. Amazing. Plus, I've been seeing more and more large K/E signs on the side of the road with other large campaign signs. That's a first and not just for this election, either. Ever.

It would be so awesome if Texas went for Kerry. It would take me the next four years to float back to Earth!
