Postponement of the Bush physical is UNACCEPTABLE. What is he hiding?

Americans deserves to know if the man they might re-select is healthy. BUSH should be pressed on this issue by other politicians and the public. Could you imagine if they steal this election and Bush has to be replaced...by Cheney who then has to be replaced also?

It's one thing to refuse to do something mandatory, like taking a required military physical. It's another to just not do something that's not required.

I agree 100% that boosh ought to take a physical and let the American people know what his health status is. But if there's no requirement that he take a physical, all we can do is shrug -- and keep the questions in the mix.

Failure to complete the physical, of course, leaves boosh open to all kinds of speculation. Alzheimer's? We know Reagan was in early stages of it while he was in the White House. Another form of mental illness? Could be, but unless boosh submits to the physical, we'll never know for sure and WE WILL BE FREE TO SPECULATE AT WILL.

10. In a strange twist, they're saying that his doctor

approved the postponement of the physical. WTF? Lemme get this straight...Doc thinks it's fine to skip an annual check up? I never ran into a doctor like that. No, I did once, come to think of it. My Doberman didn't like having a rectal thermometer plunged into his rear end by anyone other than his regular doctor. A newly commissioned vet tried for the longest time to introduce the dreaded object into the canine posterior, but Viking clamped down his stump of a tail and wasn't having it. The Doc stepped back and gave the dog a long look, turned to me and said, "He looks pretty good to me."

Is the White House doctor afraid to rile the patient? Is he afraid of what he may find out?

The White House said he was "too busy". But.. he has taken them each AUgust.. and I KNOW he's been on vacation since August. SOMEONE needs to demand an answer as to WHAT they're hiding??!!!!

17. We should always have a right to know

the physical condition of all our (s)elected leaders. I swear the powers we, the people, have just willfully given away. Dick Cheney has major heart problems. Should he be disabled who would Bush rely on? Cheney is basically the co-president. What happens then?
