Considering that he has not campaigned in Iowa. Would that be a big positive for Clark and a big negative for Kerry and/or Lieberman? It is assumed that Gephardt and Dean are presently the frontrunners for that caucus state but it is very unpredictable who will turn out on a caucus night and who they might vote for. It is totally probable that General Clark will get several "yes" votes on caucus night and could be the surprise out of Iowa. If so, they might say he made a brilliant move by not campaigning in Iowa?

be detrimental to Lieberman (he's not campaigning there either). Some polls show Kerry at 22%, so I really don't think it's feasible for Clark to surpass him.
