It looks like a lot of people agree with me...Senator Edwards won last night. Even Fox's online poll has a majority of people saying that Edwards won. :-)
After watching MSNBC last night (and watching Scarborough practically hyperventilating about how "Cheney obliterated Edwards"), it was very nice indeed to have my feelings confirmed. :-)

3. One of my very favorite moments during the debate... |
|
when Cheney was blabbering about Edwards record as Senator...and how John came right back and mentioned CHENEY'S record as Congressman...voting against the MLK Holiday...against a ban on plastic handguns....against a resolution urging the RELEASE of Nelson Mandela, for Christ's sake. I am so glad John brought that up...it showed what a knuckle dragging ultra-right wing troglodyte Cheney is. It was a perfect moment...and it showed what a forceful man John Edwards is. I was very proud of Edwards last night.

I practically fell off the couch laughing. Edwards won it hands down, crashcart merely did better than the chimp.
