How MANY joined Protests/Peace Rallies 3/19/05 in Alabama?
http://www.unitedforpeace.org/article.php?id=2782

Per the United for Peace and Justice events calendar and the anti-war vigil listings of the American Friends Service Committee and Sojourners Magazine these were cities that had protests scheduled in your state.

ALABAMA: Anniston, Calera, Jacksonville, Hoover, Huntsville, Mobile, Montgomery, Oneonta

Due to a media blackout, we don't know how many attended.

I attended a Protest March in Minneapolis, MN. One of several and I know we had 1,500 - which the media reported as "over 1,000" and provided terrible pictures.

The DU has better pics:

1. 45 in Montgomery
They showed good pictures and let a very intelligent attendee speak. He did a wonderful job explaining how supporting the troops means to bring them home. I give him an A+.
