Just got off the intro conference call for this new moderator term, and looks like ya'll will be stuck with me again this term!

Please feel free to PM me if you have any questions about your posts or threads here or anywhere else in the forums. I am always willing to help you out if you're having trouble in another forum or confused about why a post was deleted or thread locked.

I'm thrilled at the growth and activity level of our little corner of DU during the past year. I'll be moderating all the state forums this term, and I can already tell you that ours is one of the more lively and hospitable state forums on DU.

Hope all are well this steamy southern night around our home state. Looking forward to the next three months at your service in the Alabama state forum!

When I started lurking at DU, and after I joined, you were the first Alabama DUer I saw who could both admit our state has problems AND refuse to remain silent when others bashed the whole state with broad brush generalizations.
