Can't Alabama's Attorney General investigate
the DSM and the lack of FEMA response? Louisiana has lost a lot of citizens because of FEMA and also many states have lost National Guard members in Iraq due to reasons outlined in the DSM. Since the Republicans have virtually squashed investigations into these two areas, I would think it falls on the Attorney General of affected states to do the job.

I've reposted this because my other post is falling off the page and I think it's a valid question. Any lawyer types out there?

1. Also, can the school districts affected and having to deal with all the
complexities of trying to stay solvent and able to teach kids sue our Republican controlled federal government? This would include districts in areas the displaced kids are having to go to, districts who may not have physical damage but are suffering from additional financial load. It should not be just a 'pitch in and let's all help' effort, although that is what we're doing.

The Republican controlled federal government should have to cough up, ante up, take the consequences for their inaction and take care of our children. "At all costs."
