I got to visit Alabama in the summer of 1979 while marching in a Drum & Bugle Corps, the big championship was in Birmingham that year. Our corps stayed at a high school in Warrior. It was neat experience, so I thought I'd ask. :-)

1. No, but I played a HS Football game at Warrior in '75 |

We lost 2-0 and it wasn't baseball. Game played in the heaviest rain which made the footing terrible. The only score was a safety on a water induced bad snap from center on a punt attempt. That part of the state has mosquitoes that could double for airplanes.
