Y'all ever listen to the Finebaum show?

What do you think of his regular callers?

They all call each other idiots, which is funny to me.

Catherine gets on my nerves. All she ever says is "Oh Paul I love you so much. You and Neil are so great," etc. I can't understand why they allow her so much time on the air, except I guess PF enjoys the virtual Monica treatment. She reminds me of some sad figure in a Southern-Gothic novel.

Phyllis is a good caller, though I haven't heard her lately. I think she's dealing with some health problems. I wish her well. (She offered on-air to take hurricane victims into her home.)

"Jim From Tuscaloosa" is a strange case. He claims to be an Alabama fan, but all he ever does is talk down the Tide. And it often sounds like he's going to have a cerebral hemorrhage on the air.

It comes down to I-Man and Shane. Shane may not be particularly good at spelling or grammar, but he brings a lot more to the program than I-Man (Rusty).

Shane brings topics to discuss. All Rusty does is see how many times he can say his stupid non-word "Bammers." He rarely brags on Auburn, but subsists on name-calling anyone involved with UA.

I know this is inconsequential stuff. Just trying to generate traffic in this forum. :)

(I just did a spell check, and I thought this was amusing: suggested replacements for "finebaum" were "sunbeam" and "firebomb." HA!)

I-man is an outright joke. You can tell he is a Barner fan b/c all he does is talk trash about the Tide. I believe he is more concerned about UA than he is his own school. Inferiority IMO.
