That he toe's the Republican line, the Bush line, except for in one area.
When the Republicans go after trial lawyers, he dissents. Because he is one.
Just wondered if you had noticed that.

Because I find it one of his few redeeming qualities... sort of.
I'm not sticking up for trial lawyers, but I am sticking up for some of the clients they represent.
Too bad that Shelby's only potentially redeeming value is invalidated because it's motivated only by personal greed. How much money does the prick need anyway?
Well, at least he's not as big an idiot as Sessions. (Why people preferred him over Susan Parker is a riddle for the ages.)
