Jesus H. Christ!
We could win Alabama for Obama.

Some dude on CNN said the black vote could turn out at 95-100%

If we can get the white vote to give 25% we could turn Alabama BLUE!

We can do it!

So, DO IT! It is your duty!

3. Democrat Headquarters requesting volunteers....
This from an email I received:

I just came from Dem HQ.
They got a new shipment of Obama yard signs! $3 ea.

Call HQ at 345-7845. Its located at 15 Eastwood- off of McFarland, between CVS and Full Moon BBQ directions here

Also...

--They are STILL looking for people to do poll watching- either in full day or half day shifts. If there is enough interest they might do another training session.
--They are looking for people to hand out sample ballots at one of five polling locations.
--Help on Monday night- put signs out near the polls. (Later than 10 pm)
--volunteer at HQ on Election Day

Email me if you are interested in any of the above, or email Nick directly: Rose008@bama.ua.edu.
Please send us your phone number when you contact us!

7. My signs ALWAYS get stolen.
I live right off a main street and have a lot of car and foot traffic in front of the house. Even local elections my signs get taken.

10. You should have seen the line at the Montgomery museum of fine arts.
There was at least 500+ people waiting in line before the polling station opened.

12. well, so much for my misplaced optimism
On the bright side, he did no worse than John Kerry.

On the really, really bright side, he won the election.

President-Elect Barack Obama. Man, oh man, I love the sound of that!
