On what I think may be your first OP. :hi:

I like that the Siegelman case is going to get another look. I'm not really sure about the SC ruling that led to it. I haven't taken time to study it really, not yet anyway. I hope it's not a get-out-of-jail-free card for truly corrupt politicians and others that are politically well-connected. Perhaps someone that is more knowledgeable than me on this topic can explain it to me in words that even I can understand. :)

2. I hope the guilty don't go free either
I think that what the Supreme Court said was that the law was too vague. I hope the Congress will come up with a better, more specific law. I'm sure the Repubs will be against such a law, however, and will vote as a block to defeat it.
