Do you guys still have a democratic controlled legislature?

I know that it probably doesn't do any good since a lot of the dems in your state are probably just DINOs who haven't switched over to the Repuke party, but I just find it interesting that one of the most Republican states in the country has a dem controlled legislature.

Check out the page on CU. I put it together but I don't remember the numbers, but D's control the house and senate. Black Dems are much more liberal (and correct, imo) than the white ones. But the white Democrats are still much better than black Republicans. :D

Is more Democratic than most of the liberal states (CA, DE, ME, MI, etc.)

But that is all the Dems you find in Alabama... :cry:
