What is done with ballots after the election is certified?

I would like to go down to the county courthouse, or wherever, and count a few precincts to see for myself if the recorded tallies are correct. Is this possible? Anyone know about this?

Below are the names, addresses and phone numbers for 16 of the 20 Ohio Electors.

(I could not locate phone numbers for 4 of them.)

If you are persuaded that the results from Ohio should be questioned, please call one or more of the Electors and ask them NOT to cast their vote on Monday, Dec. 13, when the Electoral College meets.

Do this between now and Monday, the 13th.

All the Electors are, technically, elected officials, and you are entitled to call them with your concerns.

Ask them to act in accordance with their conscience. Tell them it is not ethical for them to cast their votes until the recount is completed (which will happen sometime after the 13th).

Point out that there have thousands of voter complaints in Ohio, that the House Judiciary Committee is holding hearings on the Ohio vote tomorrow, and that the Democratic National Party is investigating the vote.

Be polite. Call during daytime hours -- may of these are home phone numbers. If you get a machine, leave a message.
