I moved here about 12 years ago and I've only been there 3 times. It's crowded as hell during the summer...great fishing...even though I don't fish.

I try to get to Anchorage a few times a year, usually to visit friends or for shopping.

in the south, so I really missed warm summer nights (I started to really dislike all of the light in the summer) filled with cricket and frog noise.
