AZ ELECTION DAY MEDIA-SEE A STORY? WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Thanks in advance for your assistance, keep your eyes and ears open...KXCI is stepping up to the plate for local election day news coverage and we could use your help locally and nationally!

Enter our cell phone numbers in your cell phone address book or print this out and keep it in your pocket on Tuesday and Wednesday next week!

Elaine Higginbotham-Schramm and Amanda Shauger are going to be submitting live audio for AZ election coverage on Tuesday and addressing the Arizona election aftermath on Wednesday with Pacifica Radio, both days, from noon to 2:00 p.m. with a special Tucson focus.

Also, on Tuesday afternoon and evening, we are bringing live Tucson election coverage to KXCI at 91.3 FM, once an hour. If technology allows, and it seems it will, Free Speech Radio News will also appear with the national issues. Locally, we'll have community call ins from the Virgin Voters Ball at Hotel Congress as well as some house parties and anywhere we can find a story.

That's where YOU come in!

Many of you are going to be at the polls, not just to vote, but taking folks to vote and keeping an eye out for voter intimidation tactics.

If YOU see ANYTHING that could be breaking news, we will be available to drive to your location and do a live call in on our cell phones.

Feel free to call us if you see a story that needs covered, anytime on Tuesday, November 2, or from 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 3.
