1. Uh oh.
Did anybody go? I said I would before my husband reminded me I needed to be at the airport at that time. Sorry.

3. Yes! Have pics @ ofoto.com if you are interested I will pm them.
Was going to take time on Sat. Morning to learn to post them but Mom's AC broke and I was housemaid, dishwasher, butler, postman, grocery clerk the whole weekend...

2. I was!
Don't worry, there were about 100 people (though not all at the same time). Channel 5 and 10 covered it. The coverage on the evening news actually looked pretty favorable! It got a little wacky because the AM 1010 hosts let anyone get up and speak into the mike. Most of the comments were great but there were a few crackpots with axes to grind.

All in all, not a bad turnout for 108 degree weather.

5. I was there..
It didn't feel like 108, in fact I was quite comfortable out there. Afterword I went over to George the Dragon to have dinner with the Drinking Liberally group.

6. The Drinking Liberally group sounds like a group that belongs
at Rosie McCafferty's (sp?) Camelback between 7th Ave and Central
