For those of you that don't have the address for bushitler's welcome party
here you goPuebloe El Mirage in El Mirage, AZ 8/29 at approximately 10 am ... google a map it is a ways to drive. Still looking for a megaphone.. anyone have one? Bushitler is expected to spill vile words at the Resort's new 22,000 square foot banquet hall that seats 600 inside and 400 more on an adjacent patio. The resor is a short drive from Luke Air Force Base, where he will likely land in AF1.

1. Who is all going?
Wonder what time AF1 is arriving.

Do you realize that we are paying for the gas for AF1 as he travels around to red states trying to get his rating up?!

8. Oh, holy heck; I just Googled the loc--it's a mobil home resort...
Here's the addy so you can MapQuest it from your location:

Pueblo El Mirage RV Resort, 11201 N.El Mirage Road, El Mirage, AZ 85335

If anyone is leaving from the N. Phoenix area or taking the 101 (I'm JUST off the 101), I NEED to have a companion. I have to return by 2:30 to meet my kid returning from school, but PM me--or I will be more than happy to buy some gas for you.

If I can't find a rider or driver, I probably can't make it.

17. It is pretty confusing to get to El Pueblo RV Resort in El Mirage
Edited on Mon Aug-29-05 11:05 AM by veness
Below are directions that may help.

Travel West on Olive past 114th Ave to El Mirage Road (which is approx. 120th Ave). There is a light there, so you can't miss it. On El Mirage Road turn right (north), stay on the right-hand lane. There are a couple businesses there, and just go about a quarter of a mile, to the main gate of El Pueblo RV Resort.

In order to dodge the crowd they may bring Bush on a very small dirt road. There's a little flag there where you can go into the golf course. More than likely they will take Bush through that little road. Those are the two main entrances to El Pueblo.

(Notes: Cactus does NOT go through to El Mirage - it breaks off around 107th or 109th. Also, Dunlap becomes Olive on 43rd Ave.)

If you are coming from the North side you can take Grand Ave all the way to El Mirage Road, there you will turn left (south).

Be there as close to 9:00 AM as possible, to play it safe.
