Per KOLD 13, when Phoenix exceeds 1,000 evacuees, Tucson will begin...

...receiving them. Currently, 400 evacuees have arrived in Phoenix, with another plane scheduled to arrive around midnight.

In Tucson, the convention center is all ready to go. Cots are set up, clothes and personal supplies are ready for distribution, volunteers are waiting. Additionally, Tucsonans who have housing to offer should call the mayor's office at 791-4201.

I believe Texas took in 200,000. Arizona could be a lot more giving.
