Anyone have details on the dismissal of the lawsuit Ryan Vs Brewer ?
Why was the lawsuit 10/06/05 case # C20055586 THOMAS RYAN VS JAN BREWER, alleging that she hadn't provided decertification standards for electronic voting equipment dismissed?

All I can find on the internet so far is AZ SOS Brewer's press release on it.

And I spent a fair amount of time looking.

1. I got the answer by writing to
the group that the individual belongs to who brought the suit.

Here's the answer:

"The judge agreed with their position that the statute requiring decertification standards did not impose any deadline. He also bought their testimony that they "are working on it.""
